HEALTH GUARANTEE

 Our puppies are in excellent health and symptomatic free at the time of Adoption. All puppies are active, eating well and have normal stools.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to take puppy/dog for a complete physical examination by his/her own veterinarian within 72 hours of taking possession of puppy/dog. If the puppy/dog is found to be ill or in poor health within 72 hours of purchase, a report of the results are to be sent to the breeder before the puppy/dog can be returned for a refund of purchase price or a replacement puppy of equal value, pending verification by the breeder’s veterinarian who’s finding and opinion are to be final and ultimate. All vet expenses and transportation expenses involved in the return of the original puppy and the replacement puppy are the responsibility of the buyer. The breeder will not extend the health guarantee due to common, insignificant or short term conditions. If within 1 year from the puppies birth date is found to have life threatening congenital defect on major organs… Have your veterinarian document this condition in a written statement. Then a replacement puppy will be given to you of equal value to be determined by the breeder upon availability. * In the event of death and autopsy must be obtained to establish cause. The return of the puppy may or may not be required, to be determined by the breeder. The puppy must also be in good clean condition as when left the breeder. The buyer is responsible for all current vaccinations/ de-wormings required along with a healthy diet to ensure a healthy puppy/dog. Because of the variety and quality of dog foods available (and all canine illness are NOT covered by vaccination) we require that Tri-State Bulldogs dogs be kept on NuVet plus canine. This nutritional supplement is only available through breeder recommendation.

NOTE: THIS HEALTH GUARANTEE WILL BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID IF YOU DO NOT KEEP YOUR PET ON THIS SUPPLEMENT.

The breeder makes no claim that the puppy is suitable for breeding or show quality. The puppies are sold as pet quality only and males are NOT guaranteed to have two normally descended testicles at maturity.  The breeder can also not guarantee the fertility of the puppy at maturity. The buyer understands that a normal bulldog can have medical anomalies that are not common to other breeds, as a result of the breeding genetic defects to produce the unique dog we have today. The medical treatment of the bulldog requires specialized veterinary knowledge and experience.
